This magnificent semi-detached house is located in the pretty fishing village of El Médano. The day I visited I was able to enjoy wonderful views of El Médano beach, and a coastal walk along the pier and its commercial area. The entrance to the chalet was only a 5 minute walk from the promenade along the coast. It was distributed over 3 floors. On the first floor I could appreciate the living room, with a very cozy touch, a beautiful fully equipped independent kitchen and a bathroom. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes (one of them with its own dressing room and terrace) and 3 more bathrooms. The last bedroom with a very spacious sloped ceiling that also has its own bathroom and its own terrace. What I liked the most about this incredible family chalet were its 3 beautiful terraces. Imagine having three different spaces where you can enjoy the outdoors independently! To sunbathe, go out to play with the children or prepare a delicious breakfast while reading a book. To top it off, the villa has a large private garage for 7 cars that can be accessed from the house for total comfort. And the best thing about this house is the terrace that has a closed part fully prepared for all kinds of celebrations with barbecue and wood oven But there is still more! The finishing touch to this residential complex is its central community pool, where you can enjoy a good summer atmosphere all year round. You certainly cannot miss this opportunity to change your life!

"Este magnífico chalet adosado se encuentra en el bonito pueblo pesquero de El Médano. El día que lo visité pude disfrutar de unas maravillosas vistas de la playa de El Médano, y un paseo costero por el muelle y su zona comercial. La entrada al chalet se encontraba a tan solo a 5 minutos a pie desde el paseo por el litoral. Estaba distribuido en 3 plantas. En la primera planta pude apreciar el salón, con un toque muy acogedor, una bonita cocina independiente totalmente equipada y un baño. En la segunda planta se distribuyen 3 dormitorios con armarios empotrados (uno de ellos con vestidor y terraza propios) y 3 baños más. El último dormitorio con un techo con acabado inclinado muy espacioso que tiene también su propio baño y su propia terraza. Lo que más me gustó de este increíble chalet familiar fueron sus 3 bonitas terrazas. ¡Imagina tener tres diferentes espacios donde poder disfrutar al aire libre de manera independiente! . Para tomar el sol, salir a jugar con los niños o preparar un delicioso desayuno mientras lees un libro. Para rematar, el chalet posee un gran garaje privado para 7 coches al que se puede acceder desde la vivienda para total comodidad. Y lo mejor de esta vivienda es la terraza que cuenta con una parte cerrada totalmente preparada para todo tipo de celebraciones con barbacoa y horno de leña ¡Pero aún hay más! "Cette magnifique maison jumelée est située dans le joli village de pêcheurs d'El Médano. Le jour où je l'ai visité, j'ai pu profiter d'une vue magnifique sur la plage d'El Médano et d'une promenade côtière le long de la jetée et de sa zone commerciale. L'entrée du chalet était à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la promenade le long de la côte. Il était réparti sur 3 étages. Au premier étage j'ai pu apprécier le salon, avec une touche très cosy, une belle cuisine indépendante entièrement équipée et une salle de bain. Au deuxième étage, il y a 3 chambres avec placards (dont une avec son propre dressing et terrasse) et 3 autres salles de bains. La dernière chambre avec un plafond en pente très spacieux qui a également sa propre salle de bain et sa propre terrasse. Ce que j'ai le plus aimé dans cet incroyable chalet familial, ce sont ses 3 belles terrasses. Imaginez avoir trois espaces différents où vous pourrez profiter du plein air de manière indépendante! Pour prendre le soleil, sortir jouer avec les enfants ou préparer un délicieux petit-déjeuner en lisant un livre. Pour couronner le tout, la villa dispose d'un grand garage privé pour 7 voitures accessible depuis la maison pour un confort total. Et la meilleure chose à propos de cette maison est la terrasse qui a une partie fermée entièrement préparée pour toutes sortes de célébrations avec barbecue et four à bois Mais il y a encore plus!
